Hotel Indigo Berlin - East Side Gallery

I reminded me of I was part of the East Side Gallery, with its vibrant and artistic atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, just across from this iconic tourist spot. The clean rooms and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. The hotel also had great facilities like a gym and cafe/bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a central area right in front of the famous East Side Gallery. It was great being able to explore this tourist area with its beautiful murals and have a variety of cute restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were new and well designed, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at home. the breakfast provided a wide range of delicious options using high-quality ingredients.

The hotel was located just next door to East Side Gallery, buses, which has two supermarkets. Plus, Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin was close by. The room was cleaned and available with bathrooms, excellent views, for example...

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is great, just a short walk away from public transport and close to several clubs. We enjoyed the view of the river and could easily go to the city center. The service was outstanding, with room service and helpful bell staff. The rooms were soundproofed, which made the stay very peaceful and comfortable. We were impressed with the wide range of amenities including in-room safe, TV, electric kettle, and more. The terrace was lovely, and the hotel had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Gorgeous and looked super fresh room, complimentary Cola and water, nice touch with the toilet paper, friendly staff, informative TV menu.

The hotel is located in a quite central area just on the opposite side of East Side Gallery, one of the most touristical areas with a lot of cute restaurants around. The rooms are nicely decorated, and some even offer a view of the river and the Berlin Wall. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing personal touches like leaving cute notes under the bed. The rooftop bar is also worth mentioning, with fantastic bartenders who bring joy and a warm atmosphere.

The receptionist could be friendlier and more welcoming.

The room is pristine with complimentary cola and water in the fridge. Toilet paper is high quality. The staff, especially Peter, are friendly. The TV has an informative menu. The bed is comfortable and noise-free. The bathroom has a soothing rainforest shower. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. The rooftop bar has great drinks and a stunning view. this hotel sets high standards with beautiful rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful touches.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the hotel's beautiful design and stylish furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with views of the East Side Gallery from our window and close proximity to a large mall and stations. The comfortable bed and cruelty-free toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel also had great facilities like a gym and a cafe/bar.

Felt very lucky, nothing too much trouble.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation and close to the music venues and East Side Gallery. The rooms were great, clean and nicely equipped. What I loved the most was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Madeleine and Martin. They went out of their way to assist us with directions, information, and even food delivery.

That the air conditioning in our room couldn't fully cool it down, which wasn't a major issue. The pillows were a bit flat and the drinks at the bar were overpriced and watered down.
